REFUND , CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If a customer cancels an order before the order has been shipped, we may accept the order cancellation and refund the amount to the buyer within a reasonable period. Please note that we may not be able to cancel orders that are already shipped or in transit.

We always ensure that we deliver the best to you. However, if you still wish to return the product, please mail your return request at hello@chhappanchhuri.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please note the following points -

• In case your return request is accepted we shall initiate return within 5-7 business days.
• Please ensure that you pack the saree in the sealed packet you'll receive along with the order. The saree should be properly packed before being handed over to the delivery partner to ensure a smooth refund process.
• All the original tags and product(s) should be intact.
• Shipping charges for sending the product back to us will be borne by the customer. Refund amount will be exclusive of the shipping charges.
• We do not accept return requests on international orders as of now. In case of defective products, mail us at hello@chhappanchhuri.com with a video proof within 24 hours of delivery and we will initiate the refund. Replacement/ exchange won't be possible. 
• Any item purchased during sale/discounts can't be returned / exchanged.

Order can be returned or exchanged if you've received a wrong product or the product received is clearly damaged. In both the cases, you're required to mail us a video at  hello@chhappanchhuri.com clearly showcasing the defect/wrong product within 24 hours of delivery. If your return/exchange request is accepted, we shall initiate return/exchange within 2-4 business days.

In case any product is returned we will initiate the refund within 5-7 business days after receipt of the product. Refunds for eligible returns will be issued in the original payment method used for placing the order. In case of Cash on Delivery order, your amount can be refunded to your account.

In case you wish to exchange any product, please mail us your exchange request at  hello@chhappanchhuri.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Please note the following points - 

• The product and all the tags should be intact and properly packed before the pickup.
• Please make sure to mention Order number, your name and our address. A label would be mailed to you for the same, please make sure that all the information mentioned on the mailed label should be written over the package before it is picked up. 
• We don't exchange international orders as of now.
• Exchange is applicable only once per order.
